Rumors around Good News from Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor are advancing every day. The film is about a married couple who is desperately looking for a baby. Work on the film began and Kareena was recently spotted filming it in Mumbai. The actor was still as glamorous, wearing a black bare shoulders dress.
Kareena and Akshay were successful together when they worked in Ajnabee, Kambakkt Ishq, Tashan, Aitraaz and Bewafaa. It is interesting to note that Good News, presented as a 'dramedy', will see Diljit Dosanjh, an actor from Udta Punjab, and Kiara Advani play a leading role as a Punjabi couple, also looking for a baby.
Meanwhile, the film's producer, Karan Johar, tweeted Thursday to announce that the film will be released in September of this year. It was expected that it would be screened in July 2019.
While Akshay has a busy schedule, Kareena seems to be taking one project at a time, suggest reports. Once, she will have finished shooting for Good News and only then will she join Karan's director, Takht, which will take place from September. Takht is a multi-starrer who will see Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Kareena in action.

Akshay has already started promoting his next film, Kesari, which is another Dharma production. We will see the actor play a character called Isher Singh in the movie based on the Battle of Saragarhi. Parineeti Chopra plays the female lead in the film.
