After the release of Komolika aka Hina Khan, the female protagonist of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Prerna alias Erica Fernandes, could say goodbye to the show.
According to Mumbai Mirror, Erica's release track is worked by the show's authors. Erica chose not to comment on the report.
The Prerna Trail should apparently end in a few days. A source told Mumbai Mirror: "The authors are currently working on the rationale for his departure, and for the moment they have yet to determine whether Erica will be replaced." When Erica was contacted to confirm the information, she said, "I would not comment on this."
Meanwhile, Ekta Kapoor seems to have targeted the new Mr. Bajaj. According to the latest rumor, Karan Singh Grover, who played the role of Prerna's son-in-law in the original version of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, could return to Prerna's life in the reboot version of the series under the name of Mr. Bajaj.
