Today's episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay on June 4 begins with Anurag (Parth Samthaan) asking the kidnappers not to harm Prerna (Erica Fernandes). Ronur asks Anurag to come within ten minutes to save Prerna. Prerna begins to terrorize Ronit so that Anurga does not spare him once he has learned it. Ronit gets angry and slaps Prerna from the other side of the face.

Nivedita makes everything known through Sneha and tells the cops to find clues. Aniveda is heartbroken when Nivedita tells her that Prerna has been kidnapped. Ronit takes Prerna to an isolated and secret place and threatens to kill her by framing him like an accident. Ronit confessed to killing Kamolika (Hina Khan) by making her believe in an accident and badured her that he would do the same with her. He adds that he wants Prerna to feel the pain of death.
