In the last episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Ronit confronts Anurag while he was trying to rescue Prerna. Meanwhile, Nivedita and Shivani ask the help of the police.
In the last episode, Prerna has trouble escaping from Ronit's captivity. Later, Anurag undertakes to save her without considering all the warnings. Ronit tells his henchmen to look for Prerna and find her at all costs. Meanwhile, Ronit receives a call from Anurag who has tried to make him talk to the old so he can find him. Anurag guesses where Ronit could have kept Prerna at the sound of an old bell and will join the place. Here, Nivedita tells Anupam that she could guess roughly where Ronit was to keep Prerna and told him to accompany her to save Prerna. Shivani accompanies them and they all leave for the location guided by her.
Meanwhile, Prerna tries to escape the clutches of Ronit and henchmen and runs to Haveli. While Prerna comes out of the haveli, Anurag enters the haveli in order to save the old one. She comes and calls Anurag. Anurag is shocked to see Prerna and tells him that he came to rescue her. Prerna tells him to leave as soon as he can, however, Ronit and his henchmen surround him. Ronit makes fun of Anurag and tells him that he was stupid enough to get in trouble in order to save Prerna. He told Anurag that since Prerna had managed to escape, he would take revenge on him (Anurag). The henchmen bind Anurag and that's when Ronit gets a call from the police.
On Nivedita's instructions, the police inform Ronit that she is coming to meet him. Ronit becomes helpless and decides to visit his house for a while. While Ronit goes home, Prerna enters the haveli and unties Anurag. They both try to escape, but Ronit locates Anurag and Prerna just before he manages to escape. Without wasting time, Ronit hits Anurag with a stick on Anurag's head and the henchmen catch Prerna. Prerna panics when he sees Anurag hurt while Ronit mocks Prerna. Anurag gathers and fights with Ronit and his henchmen. Later, the man who stopped the Anurag car arrives with a gun and attaches Anurag and Prerna.
