Kesari has now crossed the RS. 130 crore mark at the box office. The film was stable Tuesday with Rs. 2.75 crores added to its total. Ideally, the numbers remained above the RS. 3 crores then it would have been even better.
The film collected Rs. 131.03 crore now and the week would close around Rs. 136 crore mark. The starrer Akshay Kumar hoped to bring in Rs. 2.50 crore today and tomorrow to get there. This type of stability would also bode well for the coming week.
The film preserves the combined collections of Junglee and . , which is a good sign and indicates that it is still the preferred choice of the public. There would however be competition between Romeo Akbar Walter in the coming week and to some extent from PM Narendra Modi . That said, the film is a success, but given the much appreciated content, it had the potential to do much more.
