Kesari Teasers: Akshay Kumar Presents "The Most Courageous Battle of All Time"

Akshay Kumar's historical drama was released on March 21st. Before publishing the trailer of the film, the authors decided to steal the interest of the public by clearing some glimpses. The movie trailer will be released on February 21st.

The first preview of the film promises to present an "incredible true story". It opens to the sound of drums and an army of soldiers running with swords. As the sound of the drums intensifies, we see a human hand holding a sword and thousands of fighters gathered in a fort.

In Kesari's second glimpse, we see a man playing. on fire marching towards a group of Afghan soldiers. Earlier in the day, Akshay shared a movie poster and tweeted" Aaj meri pagdi bhi Kesari, jo bahega mera wah lahoo bhi kesari, aur mera jawaab bhi kesari . (Today, my turban, my blood and even my words are saffron). In the photo shared by the actor, we see him donning the saffron turban while he holds a sword in his hands. The pbadion in his eyes speaks volumes about his character Havildar Ishar Singh, the Sikh soldier who fought an army of 10,000 Afghan soldiers during the Battle of Saragarhi.

On Monday night, Kumar promised fans "The trap of Kesari". He tweeted: "Deciphering the pages of the history of the most courageous battle of all time. #GlimpsesOfKesari from tomorrow, are you ready? #Kesari. Along with that, he shared a poster of the drama of the time introducing himself. On the poster, he was seen standing in front of an army of Afghan soldiers. Kesari, a film from Cape Good Good Films and Karan Johar's presentation, Dharma Productions, are directed by the popular Punjabi director Anurag Singh. The film, based on the Battle of Saragarhi where 21 Sikhs fought against 10,000 Afghans in 1897, is also portrayed by Parineeti Chopra.

Akshay Kumar had a great success in 2018 with films like PadMan, Gold and 2.0. The actor is expected to have a better 2019 with another five films expected to come out this year. He has in his kitten Kesari, Mangal Mission, Good News, Housefull 4 and Sooryavanshi.
