Sunday's episode of the hit television show, Koffee With Karan, began with a dialogue with the film by Karan Johar's filmmaker and animator, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham. He quoted the character of Kareena Kapoor in the film and explained how much she just wanted men of good looks. He introduced his guests for the night, actors Sidharth Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur, as two handsome men from the industry.

As the two men took their places, Karan immediately wondered about their love life. He asked Aditya that, although it is common knowledge that he attended the co-actor Shraddha Kapoor, rumors he had told him about Parineeti Chopra also. Aditya said she did not go to Shraddha, but Karan called her bluff. He was certain and Aditya gave a slight confirmation by letting him think.
In Sidharth's turn, Karan questions him about his ex-Alia Bhatt and about the bond that unites them since their breakup, something he never spoke about. "We did not meet after that. Our relationship is civil … I do not think she's bitter. It's been a long time. I've known her for much longer before we even went out together. Karan then questioned Aditya about the films he had recently filmed and how many of them had failed to show up at the box office. Aditya said he was disappointed that OK Jaanu was not working well because everyone believed it a lot. He added that he was missing after a poorly performing film to evaluate and badyze his mistakes.

– Karan then procured an original song to Aditya . guitar. Aditya forced him and even Sid sang. While singing Kishore Kumar's Keh Dun Tumhe, Karan told him that he had misinterpreted the lyrics but that it was actually Karan who misinterpreted them.
The actors were then treated with special messages from their friends and family. The brothers of Aditya, Sidharth and Kunal, Roy Kapur talked about their childhood and how Kunal used to deceive him with invented stories not to take him with his friends.

The friend of Sidharth, who was living in the same story his two friends in an apartment in Juhu. Since Sidharth had a curtain-free space on an all-glbad window, he kept a large table to cover the windows whenever he needed privacy. Once, he went home with an appointment but his friends had hidden the table just to spoil it.
