The WWE Hall of Fame, Kurt Angle, has recently spoken with Wrestling Inc. on a variety of topics.

Angle revealed that Vince McMahon encouraged him when he told him that he wished to retire to WrestleMania 35.

Angle is widely regarded as one of the greatest ring artists in WWE history. He debuted in the promotion at the age of attitude, and was immediately pushed to the main event. Angle was one of the greatest recruits in history and won the WWE title several times

Angle was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017 and was revealed as GM crude the night that followed WrestleMania 33. The Olympic gold medalist quarreled with Baron Corbin, culminating in a match at WrestleMania 35, which turned out to be Angle's last match .

] The heart of the problem

While he was talking to Wrestling Inc., Angle was talking about when he was sharing his retirement idea with Vince McMahon. Angle stated that he had discussed this idea with Mr. McMahon about two months before The Show of Shows. He told Mr. McMahon that he could not fight regularly and that he wanted to retire to the next "Mania. Mr. McMahon seemed to have understood this idea very well.

"I actually called [McMahon] two months before" Mania, and I told him, "I can not do it anymore.We have to find a way to do that I retire to" Mania

And then?

Angle signed a new contract with the WWE and will now work for the company as a producer behind the scenes.
