Madhuri Dixit during his last meeting with Sridevi | Bollywood

Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit entered Karan Johar's Kalank after the death of Sridevi, the first choice for the role. Sridevi was found dead last February in a hotel in Dubai. Madhuri, who is preparing for Total Dhamaal's release from Indra Kumar, has opened on her last meeting with Sridevi and said that the deceased actress was satisfied with her daughters.

"We met for the last time at Manish Birthday Party Manish Malhotra). She was with her daughters (Janhvi and Khushi) and so happy, "she told Mumbai Mirror during an interview. She also stated that she was still struggling to believe that Sridevi was no longer a country.

Kalank is the fourth film by Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan. His stars are Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt. It's a vintage drama and it's Karan Johar's dream project. Kalank is scheduled to perform on April 19th.

Sridevi's untimely death had shocked his legions of fans. The actor was in Dubai to attend the wedding of Boney's nephew, actor Mohit Marwah. She was staying at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai, where she was found fainting in a bathtub by her husband Boney Kapoor. His death was caused by an accidental drowning according to Dubai authorities.
