Superstar Mahesh Babu made a blockbuster with his recent Maharshi release. The film, released last week, works extremely well in all the centers where it came out. The actions of the first week of Maharshi should cross the figures of Aravinda Sametha.
In Nizam only, the film is about to cross Rs. 20 crore leaves in the first week, which is a very good record to reach. But one area in which Maharshi failed was the surrendered area. The rights of the surrendered area were sold for Rs 12 crores for the distributor. The film had to get a share of more than 12 crores to enter the profit zone.
But in his first week, Maharshi managed to collect only about Rs. 5.80 crores in the area. At this rate, the film will eventually collect 8 to 9 million rupees in total. Thus, Maharshi is about to become a blockbuster in all regions except Cede, where he could suffer huge losses.
