Maharshi is co-produced by Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt, and Prasad V. Potluri under Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies, and PVP Cinema. The music of the film is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. KU Mohanan is the director of photography and Praveen KL is the editor of the film.
