"Superstar" Mahesh Babu's film "Maharshi" had a strong first week at the box office of the two Telugu countries. He is about to break Mahesh's movie record "Bharat Ane Nenu".
According to reports, Maharshi collected a huge 58.83 Rs crore in both states, creating a new non-Baahubali record. The film surpbaded the previous records of such films as Rangasthalam (58.32 Cr Rs), Aravindha Sametha (58 Crs Rs) and Khaidi No 150 (56.53 Crs Rs). Maharshi missed second place, collecting the first week of Baahubali rising to 61.36 Crs, while Baahubali 2 continues to dominate the first rank with a first week share of 117.81 Crs.
