According to reports in Times Now, the case of badual harbadment against actress Nana Patekar was closed by cops on the grounds that there was "no prima facie case against the actor".

She reportedly claimed to have tried to forcefully introduce some intimate steps into the choreography of a special film song. According to her, choreographer Ganesh Acharya was also "obediently" removed when Nana tried to do so. Later, Tanushree was out of the movie and Rakhi Sawant replaced her in the song.
