The actress became more popular than she was already after her release in movies. After being part of series like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Naagin and others, she made her Bollywood debut with Gold last year in which she was seen alongside Akshay Kumar.
This year, Mouni Roy was seen in the film Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW) in which she was twinned with John Abraham. The actress then Brahmastra of Ayan Mukerji. She plays a negative role in the film which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan.
