Nana Patekar's mother, Nirmala, dies at age 99, the actor plays the last rites at the Oshiwara crematorium

Nirmala Patekar, mother of Nana Patekar, actress of Bollywood, died on the morning of January 29th. She was 99 years old and lived with Nana and her family in a 1 BHK apartment in Mumbai. The actor was unfortunately not with her when she breathed her last breath.

Nana performed her mother's last rites on Tuesday at the Oshiwara crematorium around 5:30 pm. Her son Malhar Patekar and other relatives and friends joined him in this hour of crisis.

Nana was close enough to her mother and often spoke of their links in various interviews. She would have suffered memory problems.
