Nayerhara's CoCo trailer tells us just enough to want more

[ad_1]

The trailer for Kolamaavu Kokila was released and Nayanthara looks like we are preparing for a drama. His first major film after Aramm, last year, which was critically acclaimed and was a box office success, CoCo, as he seems affectionately subtitled in the trailer, has started turning last year.

The tone and color of the trailer 's visuals suggest that the film is a bit off – sweet colors, and none of the usual candy glamor that characterizes mainstream cinema. But the little bursts of humor and repartee between the characters tell you that CoCo has not walked too far off the beaten path. The cast includes the very talented Saranya Ponvannan, Yogi Babu and Rajendran, apart from the others.

A glance at the trailer, while one is impressed by the fact that Nayanthara looks like a student, we can tell story. When drug traffickers talk about money, you suddenly tie the title of the movie and it strikes you – ah!

Once this clicks into place, it's pretty easy to say that it's the story of a family in a tense environment whose lives take a ride because of a strange set of circumstances.

The juxtaposition of the music, the circumstances and the subject of the film gives you the impression of being a black comedy. Just before the end of the trailer, you are shown that the character of Nayanthara calls Kokila. With this revelation are convincing shots of Nayanthara taking up arms, but with a lot of pain and hesitation. The idea of history is set up here and you can not help but tell Kokila who is about to become something … big.

Directed by Nelson Dhilipkumar, Anirudh Ravichander composed the music. The film had already published some posters and two singles. One was " Edhuvaraiyo", who had a voiceover from director Gautham Menon

The Other, Kalyana Vasayu, n & # 39; 39; failed to make a mark outside of a controversy over plagiarism, but the video with Babu and Nayanthara is quite amusing. The song is typical of a man in love, except that it is the version of Babu, so you know what to expect. The song has already recorded 30 million views on YouTube.
