Nicolas Cage sought the cancellation of his trial four days after his wedding in Las Vegas.
A record of the trial shows that Cage requested Wednesday's cancellation citing reasons such as being too drunk to understand his actions when he was married. girlfriend Erika Koike.
Cage, whose real name is Nicholas Kim Coppola, claims that he and Koike drank "to the point of drunkenness" before the marriage, on Saturday
Cage, 55, says he was not not up to date. Koike's "relationship with another person"
This is the fourth wedding of the award-winning actor. He was previously married to former waitress Alike Kim, singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley and actress Patricia Arquette.
