Seasoned actress Soni Razdan believes that her upcoming film "No Fathers in Kashmir" will give the public a better understanding of the daily lives of residents of the conflict-ridden valley.
The film, directed by Ashvin Kumar, idles around the love story of two 16-year-olds in search of their missing fathers.
"Kashmir deserves our attention.This film deserves to be seen … It will help people to know more about Kashmir.Even myself, I was more curious and more interested in knowing the Kashmir when I arrived on board, "Razdan told PTI.
"Our film is unique, but I hope it will draw audiences to the theaters because it is a film focused on Razdan." it's somewhere in between, "she added.
"No family man in Kashmir" made a tumultuous trip to theaters, facing problems in obtaining approval from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

Razdan said that she always felt excited when one of her projects came to the screen. but believes that the influx of digital media has given filmmakers another platform to present their work.
