The next production of Salman Khan Notebook recalls an innocent love story that was woven at the beginning of the social media revolution. It stars Pranutan Bahl, daughter of the legendary Nutan, daughter of Mohnish Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal. While the trailer was launched a few weeks ago, the directors have just released the first song Nai Lagda of the film. Installed in the middle of the picturesque Kashmir scene, Notebook creates magic with the refreshing chemistry between Zaheer and Pranutan.

The song Nai Lagda shows the simplicity of the love with which Kabir, played by Zaheer, never had the chance of meeting Pranutan's Firdaus, falls in love with her and ends up teaching in a school where she works. The song deepens the relationship between Kabir and Firdaus and makes us curious as to whether there is a tension. Directed by Nitin Kakkar, the song will warm the hulls of your heart.

Nai Lagda is directed by Vishal Mishra and sung by backing singer Asees Kaur. The sweet melody brings you closer to the characters of Kabir and Firdaus and will convince you to watch the film as it comes out. Unlike Salman's previous Loveyatri production, director Zaheer Iqbal delves deeper into an innocence that makes it a slightly retrograde love story when a notebook is found by Kabir and changes the course of events.

Warina Hussain. Notebook is co-produced by the production of Cine1 Studios. Notebook is due out on March 29th.
