She has already requested permission from the Missionaries of Charity of Kolkata, headquarters of the charitable organization founded by Mother.

The film will be produced by Nitin Manmohan, Pradeep Sharma and Girish Johar. She will be filmed in several places around the world, including Mother Teresa's home town of Skopje, Paris and Ireland, where she spent her formative years, and in Kolkata, where she established her charity. The film should be screened in September-October, this year.

While the team is in talks with actresses to play the mother, Seema says the cast and crew will include Indian and international artists.
