The confusion around the "Lakshmi NTR" is finally over. The board erased the political film and awarded the U certificate. With the exception of minor clippings, the film retains all its content, as RGV envisioned.
There have been rumors that the film would not be filmed by the CBFC.
Earlier in the day, the PA election commission also announced its release after producer Rakesh Reddy told the commission that the film was based on the book by Lakshmi Parvathi, the second. wife of the late NT Rama Rao.
