Actor Sanjay Kapoor shared a photo of the late actor Divya Bharti and himself, taken from one of their movies, on the occasion of his 26th death anniversary. The photo comes from their film Kartavya (1995). Divya would have shot 30% of the film before his untimely death. The film was then completed with the actor Juhi Chawla.
Sharing the film, Sanjay wrote: "We will always miss you, # April # 5 April 1993 # 26 anniversary of #divyabharti university." Divya died accidentally at the age of 19 at Mumbai. In 1993, she was at a party at home when she accidentally fell from the fifth floor and died of head injuries. The actor was married to producer Sajid Nadiadwala at that time.
Divya became known in the early '90s with successes in Hindi and Telugu films. His versatility and cute look pleased fans. Many film songs, such as Saat Samundar Paar by Vishwatma (1992), have been very successful. Divya was a prolific actor in a short career. She would have worked in 14 films between 1992 and 1993.
