England has everything to do for Sunday as Croatia heads to Wembley for a mouth-watering match of the group's League of Nations Uefa.

Tin Jedvaj's last goal ensured Croatia a spectacular 3-4 win over Spain on Thursday night to break Group 4 of League A.

This result means anything can still happen in the group: a win for the Three Lions will lead them to the finals next summer, while a defeat against the World Cup finalists would see them relegated.
