Paul Heyman reportedly said that changes to WWE RAW would take time

Paul Heyman has been named the new executive director of Monday Night RAW. It was a big date that could have some interesting sensations for RAW's future, but everything has yet to be approved by Vince McMahon.

Although RAW needs new viewers and focuses on the demographics they have lost, Paul Heyman is transparent about his new role in WWE according to Fightful Select. It's also very obvious that at the end of the day everything is based on Vince McMahon's decision and that any changes to the series will take some time.

Paul Heyman himself was pretty transparent about his role by saying that Vince McMahon will always have the last word, and that the changes on Heyman's side will take a long time.

RAW is at least on the right track to fix their problems. There are many things that they could improve or change. You never know what could be in Paul Heyman's brain at this point either. However, no one will see anything on television that Vince McMahon did not approve beforehand.
