Hatrick is a longtime royal fan. He remembers that his mother was looking for a place to watch Prince Charles marry Diana Spencer while he was on vacation in an isolated seaside cottage in 1981 and that he was pbadionately reading about Tudor monarchs during his teenage years.
"I think at a time when we are just inundated with depressing news (…), the royals have given us something to expect," he said.
