After filming Marvel Cinematic Universe, the studio also recorded short scenes after the film's credits. has adopted this trend. Each MCU movie has had at least one of these scenes, often serving as a real goal, as a teaser for a future movie or just for fun (like the Shawarma scene of the Avengers).
DC rivals had also included post-credit. scenes for their extended DC or DCEU universe, but not in all movies. Christopher Nolan vetoed Man of Steel and Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman did not, perhaps because it was largely an independent film. All the other movies, although having had those ones.
Shazam is no exception. There are two scenes in the post-credits of the film. Here's what they mean.
The first is about Dr. Thaddeus Sivana, who ended up in jail after all the talk of trying to wrest Shazam's powers. Sivana scribbles frantically in vain on the prison wall to remember the arcane symbols that allowed her to open a portal into the Rock of Eternity.
He hears a little laugh behind him. He turns around and sees a caterpillar as a creature. The creature denounces Sivana's attempts to regain his power and claims that there is more than one way to gain magical powers. The creature then alludes to an alliance between the two to counter Billy Batson / Shazam together.
"Oh, what a pleasure we are going to have together!" He said.
The Shazam comics series of 2013 also Sivana was free and not imprisoned.
The creature in question is Mister Mind, one of Billy Batson's main enemies who has been part of the Shazam tradition almost from the beginning.

We can say without fear that he will be part of it. If you're wondering what a crawling-like creature can do to someone like Shazam, Mister Mind (a name that Sivana gave him) is a mutant worm of another reality endowed with powers such as telepathy, telekinesis and engineering intellect. And it's a worm, which is in itself a diabolical power.
Shazam's second post-credit scene has Freddy helping Shazam discover the power to talk to fish. Shazam is holding a fish bowl with goldfish inside. He asks a few questions to find out if he will get an answer.
In the absence of an answer, Shazam is frustrated and asks Freddy when the dialogue with the fish has turned out to be helpful. In response, Freddy points to his t-shirt which bears the logo of the movie Aquaman
. Freddy is basically, without words, recognizing the events of James Wan's Aquaman in his universe.
