A certain Lenovo Z5 was detailed by TENAA and, according to the dark photos, it seemed to have a notch shaped like a drop of water. But it's not a guts, it's a hole. Here are some better pictures of the phone that offer a clearer picture and that really help the display is activated.
This is not the first phone with a pierced screen, but the location of the hole is important – it is center. Huawei and Samsung seem to have decided to drill the hole located in the upper left corner of the screen.
