The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) has four components: CLSS, In Situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR), Affordable Housing Partnership (AHP) and Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC). According to the secretary of the ministry, BLC is at the top of the ranking with 56% of the popularity of the recipients of PMAY (U), followed by AHP with 33%, ISSR with 7% and CLSS with 4%.
