Hindu film producer Vashu Bhagnani on Monday urged the Supreme Court not to release Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The case was mentioned by Bhagnani's lawyer before a bench of Chief Judge Dipak Misra, Judge A.M. Khawhilkar and Judge D.Y. Chandrachud, who posted it for hearing on August 1.

Bhagnani alleged that the film distribution rights for India were given to his company. The film, which also stars Rajkummar Rao, is due out on August 3rd.

Pooja Films said it holds the exclusive rights to distribute, display and operate the commercial and non-commercial rights of the movie Fanney Khan throughout India and has entered into a memorandum of understanding. agreement with the co-producer of entertainment in December 2017.

Pooja Films also claimed that the exclusive distribution rights of the film were sold to her and that she deposited an amount of Rs 8.50 crore, on a payment of Rs 10 crore agreed, and according to the l. agreement, the remaining money should only be paid a week before the release of the film.

However, in collusion with others, the rights were separated from all his co-production and distribution rights, he added. Two petitions are already pending before the high courts of Delhi and Bombay.

The petitioner requested instructions for the transfer of cases pending before the High Court of Bombay to the High Court of Delhi or the Supreme Court and suspended the broadcast of the film.
