Actor-choreographer Punit Pathak defeated candidate Aditya Narayan to win season 9 of Khatron Ke Khiladi . The stunt-based reality TV show started in 2008 in India. The actor Akshay Kumar was the host of the first two seasons and the fourth season. Priyanka Chopra hosted the third season. Rohit Shetty hosted the fifth and sixth seasons and later, Arjun Kapoor was named host of the seventh season. The director Simmba returns as the host of the eighth and ninth season.
