Former Miss Moscow Oksana Voevodina, who won the title in 2015, forged a link with the Malaysian King, Muhammad V of Kelantan, during a lavish wedding ceremony in Moscow, reported the Daily Mail .
Voevodina, 25, has already worked as a model in China and Thailand, while King Muhammad V, 49, ascended the throne in 2016. The royal wedding took place in a concert hall of the Chic suburb of Barvikha, Moscow on November 22, says the report.
According to the report, Voevodina was converted to Islam on April 16, 2018 and had adopted the Islamic name Rihana after his conversion. After the wedding, the former beauty queen will be known as Rihana Oxana Gorbatenko, according to information provided to Kuala Lampur.
The King of Malaysia did not reveal how the couple had met, the report said. The photos of their wedding ceremony showed that the king, known as Yang di-Pertuan Agong, wore the Malaysian national costume, while the bride wore a white wedding dress. No alcohol was served at the wedding and all the food was halal meat.

Little is known of the beauty queen, so it is that she is the daughter of a surgeon, Andrey Gorbatenko, of Rostov-on-Don. She would have graduated from the faculty of commerce of the prestigious Russian university of economics Plekhanov. Before her marriage, she reportedly said, "When I was in school, I was a kind of bandit. I loved skaters, motorcycles, VMX, guys who competed. I also like to ride a bike. I think that the man should be the head of the family and of course should not earn less than a woman. "
