The High Court of Rajasthan sent another notice to Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bender, Neelam, Tabu and Dushyant Singh, as part of a plea filed by the Government against their acquittal by a Chief Magistrate or a district court in the blackbuck poaching case, . reports Asian News International. The hearing on this case will begin in eight weeks.

In March, the High Court of Jodhpur sent a new opinion to the actors involved in this case. This decision essentially challenges their acquittal in the case for which only Salman Khan was convicted.
In September 2018, it was reported that the state government intended to appeal the exoneration of the four co-defendants to the High Court of Jodhpur. The authorities indicated that the appeal would also request that Dinesh Gawre, also charged in the case and long-disappeared, be tried as an accused.
