The superstar Rajinikanth is shooting for the next action film of his actor Darbar, who will also carry the female head chef.
The AR Murugadoss management is currently shooting in Mumbai. The last pictures of the sets show Rajini and Nayan in a green field, probably filming an amusing sequence of cricket.
With Darbar, Rajinikanth will take on the uniform after 25 years of delay. It was not so long ago, the directors had released the first look of the film. In the poster, one could see a playful Rajini against a background of various police objects, such as the uniform, the badge and even a police line marked with a warning.

Darbar marks the first collaboration between Rajinikanth and AR Murugadoss. The superstar will however team up for the second time with the composer Anirudh Ravichander after the success of their latest company, Petta.

Darbar is Rajini's 167th film and should be broadcast around Pongal next year. The film is produced by Lyca Productions.
