Rajinikanth starts shooting for Darbar with AR Murugadoss! and first look of his neighbor, Darbar. The film Thalaiva 167 will be directed by AR Murugadoss and a part will be shot in Mumbai. We had already seen a preview of the India Gate on the poster and fans had begun to speculate about filming part of the film in the city. Rajinikanth plays a cop in the film and he will play the role of a policeman after 25 years. The fans are rather excited to see him play a policeman again.
Nayanthara will be seen in the role of superstar in this one. The two men were last seen on the screen in Chandramukhi, in which Prabhu and Jyothika also played the lead role. The two main actors having had some success with their recent films, the stakes are high for this film. Not to mention that Murugadoss' last company, Sarkar with Thalapathy Vijay, was also a resounding box office success. Thalaiva landed in Mumbai last night and will start shooting for the movie today. The last time he was shooting in Mumbai, it was for Kaala Karikaalan.

We are looking forward to taking pictures of the inside of the film shoot. We are pretty sure it will be a mbad artist. Darbar should be released during Pongal 2020, just as Thalaiva did with Petta. The film Karthik Subbaraj was very much appreciated by the public and was broadcast with Viswasam, Thala Ajith. We wonder if Darbar will get a solo release unlike Petta. The authors have not yet given more details about the film and its basic plot. Stay tuned for more updates.
