Actor Ranbir Kapoor may not have an official account on Instagram, but he keeps an eye on all the activities of several Bollywood stars, including former Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif. According to a report to Pinkvilla, the actor revealed during an event that he was not only following them, but also his girlfriend Alia Bhatt and the husband and actor Deepika Ranveer Singh on the image sharing site.
Ranbir does not have a public and verified account on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, just like his cousin Kareena Kapoor. But there has often been speculation that both had private accounts.
Katrina, during her appearance on Arbaaz Khan's online chat, Pinch had revealed that Ranbir had an account on Instagram. When asked if she had a second account to hunt down other celebrities, she replied, "No, no. I know that Ranbir has. And Ranbir, by the way, is the one who showed me how Instagram works. "
Ranbir is on good terms with Deepika and Ranveer. Deepika recently visited her parents Neetu Singh and Rishi Kapoor in New York. Ranbir also shared the sofa with Ranveer in the fifth season of Koffee With Karan.
Ranbir and Alia recently appeared in their first TV commercial for an online shopping website. They attended on Friday the birthday party of actor Kunal Kemmu, hosted by Kareena and Saif Ali Khan at their residence. Karisma Kapoor, cousin of Ranbir, and his uncle Kunal Kapoor also attended the bash.
Ranbir and Alia are currently working on their first film together, Brahmastra. Directed by Ayan Mukerji of celebrity Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, the film is a fantasy drama that also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in leading roles. The film should be released in theaters next year.
