Ranveer Singh calls the media attention on his marriage with Deepika Padukone "too much"

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have gone out of their way to make sure that their wedding is an intimate affair, out of sight of the media. So much so that they took the plane to go to a particular hotel at the edge of a lake in Italy.

Deepika and Ranveer organized two wedding ceremonies, Sindhi and Konkani, attended by their families and close friends on Lake Como. The media were not strictly invited and the paparazzi had trouble seeing the Bollywood stars on their wedding day.

The actors have paid a huge amount for the security arrangements. Security guards on boats patrolled the area and chased any form of paparazzi. Even when they returned to Mumbai after the wedding, they were invaded by fans and photographers.
Recently, in an interview with GQ magazine, Ranveer talked about the media frenzy surrounding his marriage. "It was too much … We worked hard not to focus on our personal lives, but it's a lot easier now that we're married."

The 33-year-old actor also explained how the marriage had changed and said, "I became a family man, a true homebody".

Professionally, Ranveer impressed the audience with his interpretation. in two films last year. The actor is now preparing for his next outing, Gully Boy . The film was directed by Zoya Akhtar and Alia Bhatt. Ranveer plays a rapper in the upcoming musical drama.
