Actor Ranveer Singh is currently shooting for his upcoming film '83 in Dharamshala and is taking full advantage of this opportunity. The actor is based in the Himalayan city with his on-screen cricket team and his pillars of Mohinder Cricket Amarnath and Kapil Dev. The actor Pankaj Tripathi will also be seen in the film in the role of Man Singh team leader.

Directed by Kabir Khan of celebrity Tiger Zinda Hai, "83 will tell the story of India's first World Cup cricket victory in 1983. Ranveer plays the role of captain of the Indian Kapil Dev team in the film and trained under cricket. The release of the film is scheduled for April 10.
