Actor Ranveer Singh began training for the upcoming film '83. Ranveer shared two new images of the training camp, based in Dharamshala. The footage shows him in full conversation with former cricketer Kapil Dev, whom Ranveer will perform in the film about the Indian team's victory at the 1983 World Cup cricket.

The first image, in which Kapil and Ranveer both wear Indian blue jerseys, shows the two walking on the ground, with the Dhauladar Mountains in the background. He subtitled the picture "Becoming Hurricane", referring to Kapil's name, affectionately known as Hurricane Haryana.

The second image is similar, but takes a closer look at both, while Kapil makes a gesture. Ranveer has subtitled this image "Caption" in capital letters.

Ranveer and the rest of the cast are trained by Balwinder Singh Sandhu for the film. Ranveer said in a previous interview with DNA: "Ballu sir, as we call him, is an amazing coach. I coach with him four hours a day in Mumbai. I focus on my bowling and do a lot of physio. I'm better at batting because I've had a natural ability since I was a kid. I am also a good player. But I have to work particularly hard on my bowling.

Ranveer debuted at Kapil Dev's iconic bowling game at the recent presentation of the most elegant HT India awards in Mumbai. Watch a video here:
