Hellboy
Director – Neil Marshall
Actor – David Harbor, Ian McShane, Sasha Lane, Milla Jovich
Rating – 0.5 / 5
They say that Saddam Hussein was forced to watch the South Park film in captivity, possibly as part of Dick Cheney's advanced interrogation techniques. Can I suggest Neil Marshall's Hellboy instead, when we finally catch Al Baghdadi or whoever terrorizes the world at that time?
To watch the film voluntarily is an experience so painfully unbearable that even the prospect of being devoured alive by a sick giant (which happens to some guys in the movie) seems like a sweet escape. It's a movie that literally destroys a church and it's the least of its sins. If I had not had a vague sense of responsibility, I could have gone out an hour later.

By that time, Hellboy had already introduced multiple absurd intrigues – none of which had resulted to a satisfying conclusion – and she had jumped loudly from one corner of the world to the other, announcing her movements with large cards. He had cautiously cast at least three indiscernible action scenes and threw a thick pile of confusing exhibits on our heads.
And during all this confusion, he had completely forgotten to distinguish his star David Harbor from the beloved performance of Ron Perlman as a character. Perlman, who has played twice with Hellboy, has been seen coming back for a third time, but he refused, preferring to remain supportive of screenwriter-director Guillermo del Toro, who despite winning an Academy Award from the best director, has not been able to convince the 15 producers credited on this thing to let him write it. After years of willingness, they decided to restart Hellboy. Perlman described the situation as an open wound.
Obviously, if anyone had any affection for the character – or really, anyone who was fond of the monsters in general – had been on his charge, Hellboy would have been easier. to support. But in its current version, under the direction of the very talented Neil Marshall, it is a film that should not have been broadcast.
popular source material. I would lie to you if I said that I understood the plot. We're talking vaguely about the plague, and Harbor seems to be screaming all its lines, which makes things even more difficult to understand, but beyond that, I have no idea what everyone was arguing about .
Looking at Hellboy, you are overwhelmed by the situation. the decidedly unpleasant feeling that you arrived 10 minutes too late for the projection and that you are constantly on the bottom, run to follow, while the film tries aggressively and deliberately to make you stumble. It's not that Hellboy is forgettable – it would have been too easy and convenient – but it's the kind of movie that will continue to make you lose your head, to appear when you're the most vulnerable, to remind you . that the world can be a cruel place
Something went terribly wrong; He must have. It is too early to say, but do not be surprised if in the days to come, a person plunges into production and realizes that disagreements were important.
Marshall, who directed two of the most recent recent episodes of Game of Thrones – Observers on the Wall and Blackwater – was oddly absent from the promotional tour; there is something serious about it. But more obviously, absolutely no one seems to be on the same page, nor having fun at all. The tone is everywhere – both in Deadpool and in John Wick – the action is immutable, with the exception of two brief scenes that must have been etched in stone during the preview, months before the cameras do not scroll, and the direction seems at odds with the scenario.
Hellboy is a total disaster, the catastrophe of a movie whose fallout will go beyond the cancellation of the tease, and may affect the career of some. Eternal damnation would be a goodness.
