It is rare that a movie generates a hype even before its official announcement. Rohit Shetty has achieved something amazing by adding a sequence starring Akshay Kumar in the heyday of Simmba. A few months later, the first posters of the film were launched and also carried the release date. And as Rohit Shetty started filming his long-awaited film, he gave us a glimpse of Akshay Kumar's look and his ATS.
Sharing the still of the shoot, Rohit Shetty subtitled the picture as follows: "No uniform … no car marked … ANTITERRORISM SQUAD – The GHOST department of our police … SOORYAVANSHI (sic) ". In the image shared by Rohit, Akshay Kumar looks as dashing as ever in a bold avatar. Interestingly, unlike Bajirao Singham or Sangram Bhalerao "Simmba", Veer Sooryavanshi is not a policeman with a uniform but rather a leader of the anti-terrorist squad.

It's worth noting if you notice the actor to the right of Akshay, who seems to play one officers from his squad. If you remember correctly, the same actor played one of the younger brothers (Amrit Singh) of Sonu Sood Doorvva's character Yashwanth Ranade and was killed at a meeting between Simmba in the movie.

For the Ignorant, Sooryavanshi is the fourth film in the world. Sing Singham's universe in Rohit Shetty and also stars Katrina Kaif in the lead.
Directed by Rohit Shetty and co-produced by Karan Johar, Sooryavanshi should be a real box office success, similar to previous films in the series – Singham, Singham Returns and Simmba.
Sooryavanshi is scheduled for an Eid 2020 version.
