Romeo Akbar Walter is a good start!

Romeo Akbar Walter is the solo release of the week and should get off to a good start at the Box Office. This is John Abraham's third film in almost a year with Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran and Satyameva Jayate for his last two films. Both were successful in the theaters, the last having really exceeded the ceiling on the opening day.

Now that Romeo Akbar Walter happens, it should start well too, especially in the multiplexes of urban centers. The film would open better than Parmanu – The Story of Pokhran although it would be unfair to wait for a start on the lines of Satyameva Jayate as it was a very large film. This spying drama by director Robbie Grewal is in an elegant area and requires a concentrated call with no quintessential action. The reason is that John Abraham does not play in the gallery here and that the film mainly deals with puzzle games and intelligence sharing during the 1971 India-Pakistan war.

Earlier, there was Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled to be released on the same Friday. However, as the starrer Vivek Oberoi is pushed for a week, Romeo Akbar Walter has the free field for this. This would mean that the movie would have an opening in the range of 6-7 crore but nothing more would be an added bonus.
