Saand Ki Aankh is released and presents for the first time the future films of Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar. These are 60-year-old shooters dressed in ghagra. The film is based on the life of real shooters, Chandro Tomar, and his sister-in-law, Prakashi Tomar, of Uttar Pradesh, better known as "shooters dadis".

Bhumi shared the first look at his Instagram account with the caption, "Place aux Dadis." I present to you one of my most challenging roles in one of the most inspiring stories … # SaandKiAankhThisDiwali. "The two actors are dressed in shirts and ghagras, their heads covered with dupattas and aimed with pistols, standing on a pile of sand next to a farm.

The actors also shared the movie poster depicting them sitting. Bhumi wrote: "They are brave, they are funny, they are full of love. These are the Indian shooting Dadis, "said Taapsee," They may be old, but their goal is to get gold!

The fans were happy to see the actors in such radical avatars. A user commented, "Wow, look at them both so realistic." Another commented, "Woohooo … What an epic look … I can not wait for the trailer …"

Taapsee and Bhumi were filming for the movie Baghpat and constantly shared candid images of the film sets on their Instagram accounts. They can be seen making a heart symbol with their hands while wielding pistols with the other hand on one of the images. They can be seen driving a tractor and making cow dung cakes on other images.

Chandro, 87, and Prakashi, 82, would be the world's oldest sniper. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, Saand Ki Aankh also stars Prakash Jha and Vicky Kadian in essential roles. The film is expected to come out around Diwali this year.
