Since the terrorist attack on Pulwama in Kashmir, 40 CRPF soldiers have were killed aboard a bus, Bollywood celebrities have proactively voiced their concerns and presented their condolences.Some members of the film community, such as actors Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, have also devoted their energies to contribute to the noble cause of fundraising for the families of killed soldiers.

After being informed that Amitabh Bachchan will hand over 5 rupees each to the family of CRPF soldiers, Bharat the actor Salman Khan and his Bei ng Human Foundation also pledged a donation pecuniary not specified for the cause.

Kiren Rijiju, Minister of State for Home Affairs, recently tweeted his appreciation for Salman and wrote, "Thank you @BeingSalmanKhan for his offer to contribute to Pulwama Martyrs through BEING HUMAN.
