A suicide bomber blew himself up in front of a government ministry in Kabul on Sunday, killing or wounding at least 10 people, police said. Ministry spokesman Fraidoon Azhand said the suicide bomber had hit a security fence as employees left the compound to return home. He added that six people had been killed and 12 others wounded, most of them being Ministry employees. These figures could not be confirmed immediately.
