The superstar who had left for the United States on Wednesday turned to Twitter to reveal that he was too amused to be interviewed by the legendary personality. He posted a photo with Letterman and wrote: "More footprints … it's the Abominable Snowman !! Before BatMan & SpiderMan, there was Mr. LetterMan @ Letterman Thx for his generosity, had 2 fun things to interview, was about me but because you were kind enough to make me feel like I could be me, you're an inspiration, sir. David Letterman also posed with SRK for another photo for his own account on social media.
Earlier this week, SRK revealed its travel plans by announcing that it would travel to New York to sit in front of David Letterman during his talk show.
"Flying into another city that never sleeps … a great idea for someone like me, a call from New York," he tweeted.
As this is the first appearance of an Indian in the series, fans are delighted to see King Khan represent them on such a scale.
The show had already hosted many personalities from around the world, including Barack Obama, George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai and Jerry Seinfeld.
