Shah Rukh Khan reacts to the release of Indian pilot Abhinandan

The captured pilot was released Friday by Pakistan as part of a "peace gesture".

As an Indian pilot, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, reached Delhi around midnight on Friday from Amritsar after being released under guard from Pakistan – citizens of the United States. India celebrated the return of the "hero", including Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan.

Before his release on Friday night, Shah Rukh went to Instagram to share a touching message #WelcomeBackAbhinandan, subtitled:

"Over there nothing better than going home , it is at home of love, hope and dreams. Your courage makes us stronger. Eternally grateful. #WelcomeBackAbhinandan & # 39;

At the time of writing this report, the message had received more than a million likes.

Abhinandan was captured by the Pakistani army on 27 February in Kashmir after his MiG 21 was shot and he was deported. [19659003] He was pursued by a mob, then rescued by the Pakistani army.

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan announced on February 28 that Abhinandan would be released on Friday without preconditions, as a "peace gesture".
