The directors of Shahid Kapoor-starrer Kabir Singh announced the release date of the trailer as well as a new movie poster. The actor Kaminey shared the poster with the release date on his Twitter account, titling it as "Trailer May 13!".
The actor, aged 38, looks intense in the poster. He wears a pair of gold-rimmed sunglbades and a v-neck t-shirt. We also see the actor Kiara Advani in the background.

Kapoor was seen involved in various activities such as drinking, sleeping and holding an animal on the poster. He experienced an extreme physical transformation for his role in the film.
The film is a Hindi remake of Telugu's success, Arjun Reddy. While the star of Padmaavat plays the lead role in the film, Advani, recently seen in Netflix's Lust Stories, describes the role of Preeti.
