What happened: a motorist crashed into Shamita's car

The incident reportedly took place while a motorist had crashed into Shamita's car near the Viviana shopping center in Thane.

Although no one was injured in the accident, the motorist and his two friends misbehaved with Shamita and her driver.

They then abused Shamita verbally after the accident. In fact, they allegedly slapped and threatened his driver Darshan Sawant with serious consequences.

Shamita was traveling from Andheri to Thane.

According to the police complaint, Shamita was traveling to Thane in her BMW car when the motorcyclist hit her.

It should be noted that no one was injured in the accident.

However, when Shamita's driver stopped and got out of the car to check the damage, the biker and his two friends fought.

The three accused were in their thirties.

FIR filed against three unidentified men

According to reports, a FIR was filed against the three men still unknown. One case was registered under Articles 279, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The driver of Shamita also provided the vehicle details of the accused.
