Shawn Mendes comes on stage for a performance of his new single "If I Can''t Have You" during an episode of Saturday Night Live on Saturday, May 4 At New York .
The 20-year-old singer made his debut with the song just two days ago and presented the first live show in the series.
"Wow is suddenly overwhelmed with gratitude. My life is crazy … thanks a lot ❤️, " Shawn wrote about Twitter before the show started.
Later in the show, Shawn plays a lite version of his hit song "In My Blood".
