Sheetal Jain, secretary and film producer of Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, died Saturday morning. He was 77 years old.
Jain had been working closely with the Bachchan family for over 36 years. He also produced Bade Miyan, Chote Miyan, director Bachchan and Govinda, 1998.
According to reports, Jain died in his sleep.
The last sacraments, which took place at Pawan Hans Crematorium on Saturday evening, were attended by Bachchan, his son Abhishek and his daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Bachchan pays tribute to Jain on his blog and remembers him as "a simple man".
The actor, who helped carry the mortal remains of his close badociate with Abhishek Bachchan, said that Jain was the image of sincerity and honesty.
